1. Delivery methods
All orders placed in www.training2001.com , they have the right to choose the most comfortable shipping method for the client.
Shipments to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands):
- Shipping: Shipments will be made by any of the transport companies associated with Training 2001®, which may be DHL Express, UPS, Correos España, CTT Express, Mondial Relay or MRW, depending on the destination and price of the service.
- Service Point: Shipments will be made by the courier company associated with the Service Point.
- Store Pickup: Once the payment has been made, orders will be sent to the store for preparation and as soon as it is ready, you will be notified to be picked up.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
- Standard: They will be managed by Correos España.
Shipping to Europe:
- Shipping: Shipments for European destinations will be made by DHL Express, UPS or DPD Group
- Service Point: Shipments will be made by the parcel company associated with the Service Point
2. Delivery
The delivery of orders www.training2001.com , will be modified depending on the place of destination of the order.
The delivery time may vary between 1-7 business days depending on the place of shipment or type of shipment selected.
3. Shipping Restrictions:
We currently ship only to the following countries:
Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Switzerland and the United Kingdom(*).
If you wish to receive a delivery in an EU Member State that is not on the above list, you can place the corresponding order, indicating in the order notes - COLLECTION BY PARTICULAR COURIER-
However, in that case you will have to arrange the shipment to the desired address in a particular way. We will prepare the items within 5 days from the time of completion and corresponding payment of the order for collection by you or by the courier company you have hired. The collection can only be made within a period of 20 days from the completion and payment of the order.

If the order has not been picked up within the period of 20 calendar days, the order will be canceled and 50% of the order will be refunded, and 50% will be charged as management expenses, which in no case can be claimed by the buying party.
4. Processing Time
Training 2001® can take up to 72 business hours to process your order and place it in the hands of the transport company, which may vary depending on stock, place of preparation or place of delivery.
In order for a shipment to leave the same day the order is completed, payment must be confirmed before 2:00 p.m., otherwise, the order will leave the next day.
4. Shipping Costs
Shipments to Spain (Peninsular and Balearic Islands):
- Express: All express orders have a cost for all orders of €15.99 and will be delivered 24 hours after shipment
- Standard: For orders between €0 and €59.99, this shipping method has a cost of €5.99, for orders from €59.99, shipping will be free. The order will be delivered between 2-5 business days.
- Mondial Relay Service Points now InPost: For orders between €0 and €59.99, the cost is €3.99, for shipments from €59.99, shipping will be free. The order will be delivered to the InPost point between 1-7 business days after the order is shipped, and you will be notified by InPost when it is available for collection. InPost's terms and conditions will apply for the collection of the order, which you can consult by clicking here.
- UPS Service Points: For orders between €0 and €59.99, it costs €5.99, for shipments from €59.99, shipping will be free. The order will be shipped via UPS Standard and will be delivered to the UPS point between 1-7 business days after the order is shipped, and will be notified by UPS when it is available for pickup. The terms and conditions of UPS will apply for the collection of the order, which can be consulted by clicking here.
- Store Pickup: Pickup at our stores is completely free for customers, and they will be ready within 2-4 business hours. Training 2001® terms and conditions apply.
Shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla:
For shipments made to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, they will be managed by Correos España, they have a delivery period of 1 to 7 business days, and have a cost of €9.99 and for those territories for free shipping You must make a purchase of €99.99.
Shipping to Europe:
For all shipments made to Europe (the countries named above except the UK) will be managed by UPS or DHL Express, will have a delivery time of 1 to 6 days and a cost of €10.99 for all orders that do not exceed the amount of €99.99
Shipments to the United Kingdom:
For all shipments made to the United Kingdom they will be managed by UPS, they will have a delivery period of 1 to 6 days and a cost of €10.99 for all orders that do not exceed the amount of €99.99. All expenses derived by customs will be absorbed by the client.
