Introduction
All products sold(*) by Training 2001® have a return period of 30 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the products are in perfect condition, unused and with the label and original packaging intact.
All returns will be processed through the RETURNS PORTAL clicking here or entering training2001.shipping-portal.com . All returns not processed by this means will not be accepted.
In the event that the product meets the conditions described above, it can be refunded in the same original method or in a gift card or exchanged for any other product in the store.
- Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If approved, then your refund will be processed and refunded to the original method of payment which may take 5-7 business days to be refunded.
If you want a gift card, the arrival of the card is immediately via email as soon as the return is approved, which you can add to Apple Pay, to always carry it with you, which can be used both at training2001.com and at our physical stores.
- Late or missing refunds

- Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of the return. If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will issue the buyer a refund.
- Return through shipping
Within a period of 3-5 business days, we will receive your return, we will verify that everything is correct and if everything is correct, we will pay the corresponding amount in the same payment method.
All return shipping methods do not have a collection, they must be taken to the service points authorized by the shipping company chosen by the customer.

- Return in store
One of our employees will verify that the product meets the return conditions and if it is suitable, he will proceed with the return and will give you a ticket with the return.
- Tare or Factory Defect
